Suggestion Box
We bust our rumps getting RunPartner looking and working swimmingly, but we’re drab engineer nerds and need your savvy real world user feedback to make things even better. Love it, hate it, or just don’t care, please let us know.

Put spinning under alternatives or allow users to enter spinning without entering a distance
I'm not sure the distance I cover in a typical spin class, so it'd be great if that activity were either categorized under alternatives (as well), or users were allowed to enter it without a distance.

Interactive Altitude Map
Allow me to find out the altitude at specific points of my run by dragging a slider or clicking on the map. That way I can find out exactly how much of a hill I just ran up so I can brag more specifically.

Allow a user to delete old routes
You may be able to do this already, but almost all of my routes are old and it would be nice to get rid of them to make it easier to find the ones I am using currently, thanks!

Show Pace Editor
I miss having the pace show up when I enter distance and time. Sometime I may ramble around for a while and have a time and approx pace and not know distance. Since I can't do math it is easier to enter the time and adjust the milage until the pace fits - like you could do in the old way.

Tablet Friendly Interface
Make the icons like add activity, the home button, calendar view, etc. larger so that they are easier to see and press on touch devices such as iPad.

It may take some time for us to get to this as we are improving the UI in many other places right now.
Currently the icons are 16×16 pixels, which is less than the 44×44 pixels that Apple recommends for mobile devices. We will implement a different setup for mobile devices compared to browsers.
Please let us know any other issues you encounter with your mobile device on RP beyond the penumbra of icon size.

Include general times for workouts
Like when you search for flights..something as simple as morning, afternoon, and evening would work!

This is why we only allow 15 minute increments for logging when a run was completed.
We understand that some folks might want courser time criteria as you describe, but for now we are focusing on other feature improvements. Please note that your request is under consideration, but simply has not found a development slot year.

RunPartner Hash Tags
I saw a John Doe Doppelganger in the Park today. I really thought it was him. It would be cool if I could write that in my log, and put an @johndoe or something so that he saw the comment in my log.

Open Menus on Mouse Hover
Please consider making the drop down menus such as "me", "add", and "community" automatically expand on mouse hover. Also please consider clicking "Add activity" as a shortcut to adding your default activity. Otherwise, the increased number of clicks makes the new menu a little slower than the last one.

Restore 'Just Friends' Mileageboard View
I don't know half of the people showing up on my mileage board; I'm pretty sure the old beta site had a just friends viewing option, can you add that back? I really don't care how far these people I don't know are running, and its knocking me off the mileage board! And I know, I could just get more miles in to remedy this situation, but I have to be careful of injury. Thanks!
BUT, I do love the new format! good work guys!!

Freeform Shoe Entry
Your shoe feature is slightly less infuriating now that it actually has some of the less common models, but seriously, why can't I call my shoes whatever I want? And what's with making all the inputs mandatory? I have no idea what a shoe suffix is, but it's worthless to me at 5 characters, and I simply don't want to input a "maximum" number of miles for my shoes. I just want to see how many I've logged in them. Making them optional instead of mandatory inputs would make it a far easier system to use.

Allow Garmin Uploads
It would be great to be able to upload runs straight from my watch. Is that possible?

Great idea! What kinds of watches to folks have and what features would they like to be able to use them with? Thanks.
